If i'm not mistaken, necro focus is craftable.

http://cannith.cubicleninja.com/ tells me the bound version is lvl 18, unbound lvl 35.

You should look for a crafter ingame around the crafting hall.

I'm pretty sure he means a Kama with the effect that adds +3 to his Necro DC. While you can craft "Greater <blah> focus" for a +2, he wants the "Necromantic Mastery" ones for +3 which aren't craftable.

Also, sorry for the off-topic question, but why are caster kamas so popular lately? I can't see to many pale masters splashing monk. Monk splashed Druid? For Finger of Death?

Destruction and slay living ,cleric and fvs spells, are both necromancy spells. Undeath to death is also a nice necromancy spell for undead.
