    Default 2 issues....

    1: I am missing the Submit A New Ticket button. in fact I cant view old tickets, or anything ticket-related. I am premium account.

    2: I am missing a +4 (UNBOUND) wisdom tome. I logged on & checked all my toons its no where and I am absolutely sure I didnt use it. I checked as a "just in case". >> I was saving it as a gift for someone & its not anywhere I checked (all toons, mail, banks...) Plz help tyvm

    lol. Sound advice except for one pesky detail. Issue One of the OP's post. Cannot submit Tickets.

    Turbine just happens to have a website where players can submit tickets out of game. It's located at http://support.turbine.com.

    Users can reach that site by clicking on the "Game Support" link above.
