id like to be in wolf form 100% of the time and im having hard times choosing between the folowing splashes

    9/9/2 (druid/monk/fighter)
    12/8 (monk/druid)

In that case, you're going to want at least a 9 / 9 split: monk 9 for ToD & Imp Evasion; druid 9 for winter wolf + lvl 5 spells + access to Natural Fighting feats. Then it's a toss-up between lvl 6 spells + dire bear form or 2 extra feats + Haste Boost I.

    This

Basically, you're throwing up greater creeping cold and frostbite spells vs. two extra feats+haste boost. Direbear form will rarely come in handy.

keep in mind, that a 9/9 minimum will give you 10 feats
    of those 10, you need:
    3x natural fighting
    toughness
    power attack
    dodge(ninja spy prereq)
    stunning fist(why else go monk?)
    Improved critical: bludgeoning

You'll probably also want to go the strength line for Overwhelming critical,so:
    cleave
    Great cleave

Now you're at 10 feats. So, unless you go human or the two fighter levels, that's what you're stuck with. If you do go the more-feat route, you might want to consider improved sunder

Don't have a build mock up, but i'd probably do:

    32pt half-elf:
    9/9/2 druid/monk/fighter
str 16--> all level ups here, will need +2 tome by 21
dex 14 purely for rogue dillie
    con 15
    int 8
    wis 14
    cha 8

    1D toughness, rogue dillie
    2D wolf form
    3M stunning fist, power attack
    4M Dodge
    5D
    6D Cleave
    7D bear form
    8D (take druid PRE)
    9D Great cleave
    10D Winterwolf form
    11D
12M Natural fighting#1, Path of Inevitable Dominion
    13M
    14M
15M Natural Fighting#2, improved sunder (take ninja spy PRE)
    16F Improved critical Bludgeoning
17F (whatever you want here. Note, you can swap great for a non-martial art feat and retake it here)
    18M Natural fighting #3
    19M
    20M
    21: Overwhelming Critical

AP's would probably be a bit tight, but just make sure you fit in both PrE's, ToD, Reaving Roar, and more sneak attack dice from rogue dillie.
