Default Allow Grease to be Heightened

For obvious reasons. Far too many players . . . I mean mobs . . . make their reflex saves.

And start replacing some thieves' tools drops to books of matches and allow them to light the grease on fire. Why should magic users get all the fun?

I will admit that grease has a reputation for being a 'party buff', but at higher levels, when everybody has Freedom of Movement or some other immunity to slippery surfaces, it actually can be useful if you heighten it.

Oh, and while your at it, fix the fire damage bug with that spell too, it really sucks being able to deal only 1d6 fire damage even at caster level 3+.
Here's a riddle for you: What do you call people who play the game for only a day and apparently know everything?

Come to think of it, add grease bombs in stacks of 20 like any consumable projectile. Flaming oil was a staple in PnP and it would be fun as hell here.

Someone got it wrong. Everyone expected the Spanish Inquisition because they were required to give 30 days notice, by law.
I can be found on Orien. My more active toons are Cilon, Solstone in Your Pack, and sometimes Acroyer.
