Default which is the better Harry beater?

The epic Antique great axe or a crafted +3 Holy burst Silver greatsword of lawful outsider bane?

    Help me understand the math.

    Thank you

I have added the weapons to my spread sheet. Download it and play with values like bonus damage, seeker, fortification, etc to compare their performance

Looks like your fighter is stalwart.
Let's say 50 strength, OC, improved crit, 6 seeker ? In fury for Shroud
    Antique
    2d20, 19-20x4, 1d6 force on hit, 2 righteous per hit ( at least I think it's just 2 per hit )2d10 on crit, +dmg : 6 weapon, 30 str, 10 PA, 46

80.2 per hit against 55 fort ( hard Harry with sunder), 76.72 on 70 fort

    Crafted sword
    2[2d6] 19 -20x3, 17-20x2, 2d6 holy, 2d6 bane on hit, 3d6 holy on crit, +dmg : 3 weapon, 30 str, 10 PA , 2 bane, 45

    80.77 on 55 fort, 77.66 on 70

That's cool, never seen that one Cru !

lawful outsider bane gives the sword a +2 greater than it is since Harry is an outsider

    Edit
Also should add 1d8 to the antique for the red slot.

Why this specific combination? Randomly generated? Because if you can craft, there is a better combination of effects with the same ML, like +5 holy of LOB.

Holy Burst, on a crafted weapon, is the last upgrade you should make. More enhancement bonus or better bane gives you more DPS.

I want DDO to be a better game. Those are my personal suggestions on: Ammunition, Archmage, Combat Stances, Deities, Dispel Magic, Epic Destiny Map, Fast Healing, Favor, Favored Enemy, Half-elf Enhancements, Monk Kensai, Monk Stances, Past Life, Potency, Potions, Ranger Spells, Summons, Tiered Loot.

The enhancement bonus for bane weapons is broken right now. You don't get the extra +(X) from it.

It is what I was able to make and use at the time.

While it depends on your base, with the changes to base weapon dice you will probably be better off with a falchion for random/crafted weapons.

A quirk of THF is that glancing blows very strongly favor raw damage over magical effects, and do not take into account critical profile at all. In our case the critical profiles cancel anyway, but the eAGA will surely take the lead by having only 1d6+burst out of magic rather than 4d6+burst.
