    From DDOwiki

Shield Mastery increases the Physical Resistance Rating by 3 when using a buckler or small shield, 5 when using a large shield, or 10 when using a tower shield.

Improved Shield Mastery increases the Physical Resistance Rating by 5 when using a buckler or small shield, 10 when using a large shield, or 15 when using a tower shield. (Probably not stacking with Shield Mastery.)

    Default Does not stack

Just improves upon the old feat.

Be aware that iShield Mastery opens up the second rank of Legendary Shield Mastery in Unyielding Sentinel which is an additional way to get a lot of extra PRR.

Also, Shield Mastery --> iShield Mastery is 3%-->8% doublestrike, which is a dramatic benefit compared to the smaller PRR benefit (which is also still nice).

TY Sealed. Looking at it for FVS so the doublestrike is not really beneficial. Good to know, as the small increase most likely is not worth the 2nd feat even with one to spare.

I think there is a bug currently where everyone can get 10 shield prr without keeping a shield equipped or having the feat.
