    Default SP producing gear

Is there a place with a consolodated list of items that can restore SP upon being hit?

    Thanks in advance.

There are a few other items that can restore a small amount of SP, but they're clickies, they don't activate on being hit. One of them (Twisted Talisman) also damages you for a small number of HP when you use it, so you might have been thinking of that.

There are other ways to get sp besides the being hit effects

You can half-count the new halcyron boots

Those have a chance of giving temp sp on being hit.

while not nearly as good, it can add on to something (though it can't add up to something)

There are a lot of use/rest items that can restore sp
    archivist's necklace (korthos)
    twisted talisman (red fens)
epic twisted talisman (each of these items are exclusive, but you can have an epic and heroic version)
    ring of spell storing
    epic ring of spell storing
    mysterious bauble

the xaosian eardwellercan give you some larvae that you can use to get sp

yugoloth int potions (avaliable from the yugoloth favor vendor for platinum) can restore sp over time

... also don't forget Cleric Divine Vitality and Spellsingers. Great SP replenishment from hirelings and bots.

Vile Blasphemy for the abbot raid has a clickie that restores sp over time

(edit) there is also a consumable that you can get for 3 medium eberron dragon shard fragments but i wouldn't suggest it

There is a really helpful and complete list by MsEricka here, it's pretty much up-to-date:
