I tried to log into my account and it seems I forgot my password.
So I clicked on the link "Forgot Password" entered in the appropriate User Name and was told I would be sent an email. The email was never received.
So after 30 minutes I called customer support and verified all the information to prove who I was, and had them change the email address to another one.
I went through the same process on the account page and was told an email would be sent. Still no email on the new email address.
I can send email back and forth between the 2 email address so it does nto seem to be a problem on my side.
