Default Build for 20+ and TR, looking for suggestions on how to improve

Alright, well I'm planning to LR my currently level 14 paladin once I reach level 20. I will use a +1 lesser heart I have, and take 2 fighter levels and 1 monk level as the final 3 levels. My build I am planning on using past 20 will be:

Could do DoS here also, not going to list it this time. Both builds are about being able to switch to what is needed, doing it a tad worse then what is going on. I do this because paladins have a reputation of not being near the top of the damage heap, and I think the move towards thf being better then twf has thrown them further down the line. This build is capable of using cleave and great cleave, along with a two handed weapon, to attack large amounts of mobs. using twf and light armor it can use focused dps to take out tough casters, or put dps on a red named while someone else holds aggro (if necessary). It can throw on heavy armor and a shield, and if you prefer it DoS stance, and it can become an improvised tank, the self healing making up for the loss of AC and PRR. It can improvise to help out the healing, using LoH, heal scrolls, and destiny abilities to supplement a real healer and save them sp.

Well, that was the plan anyway. Comments, suggestions would be very much welcome.

Note: in both builds, Luck of the Heroes is actually going to be Magical Training.

I'm assuming that by using a +1 LR this means you already have a monk level programmed in somewhere? Otherwise I don't see how a 1 level change gets you 3 or 4 levels of something not paladin.

I'm not sure I see why if you are a L14 paladin now. Why not just take 2 more paladin levels and then take your fighter and monk levels (or 2 monk levels and then the fighter and remaining paladin levels or whatever combo in whatever order gets you to 16/2/2).

I'd recommend you finish your current life and get your epic levels in before settling in on what you want at TR. Depending on how long that takes you a lot might change in the game. This might be even more true if you choose some oddball place to start your destinies or try to max out the destiny trees before reincarnating.

The monk level placement was due to feats, since I need two of twf, power attack, and toughness in the monk slots. I need to take twf before itwf and gtw, and power attack before cleave and great cleave. I could possibly go 16 pally, then 2 monk, then 2 fighter, using a feat swap to grab power attack and toughness as monk feats, then grab cleave and great cleave as fighter feats. As for the tr build, it really depends if the enhancement pass hits beforehand, as that to me is the one thing that could really change things. If things do change, I'll change the build I want to go with though, as I will probably wait till the enhancement pass to tr.

Don't go 16 pal, go 15. You gain very little from 16th lvl. Go to 3 monk for 10% extra heal amp enhancement.

The +1 in +1 Lesser Heart means you'll only be able to change 1 class level. Not sure how many of whatever classes you already have at 14. May still be able to go 15/2/3 if you want.

The enhancement pass won't be coming for a very long time. If you're one of those "take forever to level" guys then it might be relevant, otherwise don't worry about it.

Reread your OP. If you're only 14 and haven't done anything crazy, you might as well plan the multiclass now instead of wasting your +1 Lesser Heart or your free Lesser.

    EDIT:
Completely missed the second part. I'd say do the split this life too. You gain very little from last 5 levels.

    EDIT:
    It's 1am. I'm apparently ******** at this time.

I was actually thinking about going 15 pally after looking at their enhancements. I'll have to do at least one feat swap, two if I already took cleave, since I already used my free lesser. I could also use the +1 heart I have if need be, but I'd honestly rather save it. When I tr is really dependent on how fast I farm destinies and how quick I level, so it is possible for me to hit the enhancement pass before tring.
