Account Support has received a number of reports of players being unable to purchase Turbine Points through the DDO Store with their credit card. For the majority of these cases we have determined that the issue can be resolved by re-entering the credit card information connected to the account.
If you attempt to purchase Turbine Points through the DDO Store and receive an error, please go to myaccount.turbine.com and re-enter your card details. You should do this even if the payment information has not changed. This should resolve the issue, and you can then buy points. If the issue persists, please contact Account Support via the information in my signature.
