Question Feat check on pure 20 THF H-Orc fighter

I am about to TR my pally into a pure THF H-Orc fighter - Kensai and would like quick check on the feats:

I am mainly worried about a few things which notably are my saving throws should I swap in luck of heroes instead of my active pally past life which gives me 9 min of +3 to hit/damage or quick draw foe faster boost activation.

Toon will be remaining at cap for a while so i would like it to be EE viable, mainly running around with ESOS, claw set. Epic feats will be Overwhelming Critical, and probably epic toughness.

Several things I noticed on your build.

Do you intend to take the feats in order list? If so then I would take Stunning Blow sooner than level 20.

Looks like you are going to max STR. Why not take advantage of that and use more tactics? I would think about swapping out Greater Weapon Focus: Slashing Weapons and Greater Weapon Specialization: Slashing Weapons for Improved Trip and PL Barb (more HP and free Rage).

I plan on optimizing the order of feat selection.

Improved trip requires combat expertise which on a H-orc make sit tough due to 13 int requirement, and Kensai 2 & 3 requires greater weapons focus. As for the active Barb past life, its is just 3 clickies of a 30 sec rage which IMO is not nearly long enough.

I forgot about pre requ's. OVerall the feats are good. Like you said the order will take some adjusting. Stunning Blow is just too good to take last. I think my Fighter took it at level 4.

The #1 thing you could do for your reflex save is to drop Str by 2 and increase Dex by 6. -1 damage for +3 Reflex save makes more sense than trading Pally past life's 3 damage for 1 Reflex save.

Yeah definitely take stunning blow earlier. Other than that, the only thing I could say is maybe not take epic toughness and take something else (maybe take the luck feat there? who knows.) Your saves are going to mostly suck regardless, so just figure out what you value more: Saves or hp.

Going to save my free LR from the expansion and if my saves totally blow after I cap at 25 with gear I may just do that. Hopefully I can slot in a superior stability item somewhere in my gear along with a resistance +7 to get my reflex to something somewhat respectable

Take cleave feats as early as you can, they are incredibly powerful while leveling, it's as if you had 2 fireball spells that cost no sp.

Ya feats look good but would change the order of them. quickdraw and stunning blow as early as you can get them. remember you need only need greater and superior weapon focus for kensaii 3 at 18. take both those feats at that level since you get 2 and they are essentially useless up until that point. i would take another toughness above power critical imo as well.
