The various tomes got for different prices based on the server. A +1 tome on Ghallanda goes for something like 20k - 80k. A +2 tome usually goes for about 80K to about 200K. Mind you, these are rough numbers.
Antipan, Pandargon, Pandolin, Panifin, Panmorgan, Pangrael, and all other things "pan-ed"...
Is true neutral really the best for rogue?
IMO true neutral is best IF you have sufficient UMD. There are a few mobs that do alignment based damage so you avoid that. You also have a large selection of weapons to break DR without going good/evil that you can use. So, overall it really is the best choice, IMO.
Chaotic neutral is the alignment to be to avoid alignment based damage. Neutral used to have the advantage of low ML crafted superior stability, but that's not really the case anymore.
Good DR is usually broken with holy weapons, which don't have alignment restrictions. The only really desiareable random weapon mutation that has pure good on it is banishing of pure good, to use against vale monsters. For the various epic <good> damage mutations, you should have more that enough UMD by them.
Demon queen and other mariliths have chaotic weapons. Don't think anything has lawful weapons.
Only tharak hounds have lawful DR and you don't fight them often enough to care about it.
Anything you fight that axiomatic would work against, either holy or anarchic would work just as well, except eladrin. And against them, if you are getting a specific weapon, you probably want crafted unholy, to help break their DR.
You want a trap master, stealthy rogue. You mention Khops but that's not needed at all with rogue.
May I suggest pure rogue Halfling mechanic, dex based with moderate int and con. you'll have tons of skill points traps, stealth, and umd. btw all self respecting rogues max tumble.
