    Default Tomb of the Tormented bug?

    Hello!

    The worgs and carcass eaters frequently get stuck it seems.
    Carcass Eaters don't react to meat, only when the rats come near them do they get jostled into action.
    After they eat the nearest meat they turn inactive again.
    So apart from fighting them I simply couldn't get rid of them.

    Has anyone else encountered this problem?

    yes it has been bugged a while ago

    they fixed in when they released motu i think

    with the next update (when appeared the bug of gargoyles staying over the pillars in shadow crypt) it became bugged again

    death aura doesn't work on mobs/rats
    with an archon and luck you can hit mobs
    wand of blasting works
    fireball runearm works

    sorry but it's the only way XDDDD

    if you bring only 1 wand will spend almost 1 hour(this life i was the only one with wand -_-) so tell others to picker their wand from bank or will be a big pain in the ass

    i think the bug has been reported(dunno lol), you can report it again

    Oooh boy

    Thank you for the info, I seem to have missed it.
    Anyway I'll bug it again.
    A fix would be nice, it's about as fun at the moment as scrubbing your feet with sandpaper.

    Sonic blast works too. Easy for a wiz to load since it is a L1 spell. With a modest potency item the spell will take just a few castings to take out each mob. Don't add any metamagics to it and it will only cost a few sp per casting (4 iirc).

    dont forget the eternal sonic wand out of the red fens, that is what i used, worked, great being a non caster. good luck

    Chain Missiles still works. Also on H/E, Carcass Eaters should react to the meat
    which makes the quest go a lot faster as they can work the pressure plates. On
    normal, they just completely ignored the meat.

    We completed it on Elite but the Eaters definitely ignored the meat. They also seemed to stop moving entirely.
    Only a rat being near triggered the intimidate icon and made them react.
    Not sure about other difficulties.

    I'll definitely get me some of those wands, at least I'll only have to move the rats through the maze.
