    Default Paying with iDeal error

    I've got a question:
    Today I tried to buy Turbine points using iDeal. (From the Netherlands)
    I got a message saying it opened a new window for using iDeal, but no new window appeared.
    I tried it several times, because the DDO store sometimes is r e a l l y slow, even went to windowed mode, so I could see a new window opening in my browser, but nothing.
    I really wanted to buy some Turbine points so I could profit from the Winter Sales, but it went from anticipation to, well, something worse.
    I really hope you hope what's happening with the iDeal window.
    Please help.

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with iDeal. Turbine is aware of it and working to resolve it. At this time, I do not have an ETA on when it will be fixed
