If your still having any trouble at all and from all the build advice i've seen so far in this thread. This build isnt to far off just change to dwarf and move around some feats.

    My questions:
Is heighten worth anything on melee focused? If yes, is it endame, leveling, or both?
Absolutely do not take Heighten. It's marginal even on a pure spellcaster these days. With splashing and a melee focus, there's no point at all.

And I have no idea how to allocate my stat points. There was few suggestions above, but I can't decide (I got +3 tomes everywhere).
See if you like (I assumed this was a third life for build points):

What are the main benefits of Cleric level 18? All I can think of is a 3rd level 9 spell (what to take after Mass Heal and Energy Drain?) and being able to take level 18 cleric/prestige enhancements when/if those arrive. Unless there's something more, I think a wizard level looks pretty good in addition to the 2 fighter ones.

For some reason I have a preference for Fvs but there does seem to be some synergy between heavy armor + melee + aura/burst, and heavy armor + low reflex + no evasion seems to go kinda well together too. But then enhancements might potentially change things around.

Edit: Wizard could give Master's Touch - is that still laggy and how much would it be dispelled?

No point in Master's Touch with a martial class to give full proficiency.

The idea about Master's Touch would be to not take fighter, I guess I forgot to spell that out.

Monk might be an option then, allowing a gear-swap to get evasion. Twists can boost reflex a lot but I don't know if that flexibility would be very useful at all, just thinking out loud.

I have an early 28 pt 1st life dwarf melee cleric as a my main. I wouldnt splash. 1) harder to get into pugs as a splash cleric 2) fighter splash doesnt add enough

I took the feat, great axe. Could you use master touch, sure, but i like the feat so I could unlock the dwarf axe bonuses and one less thing to worry about.

I went str 16, dex 8, con 16, wis 14, int 8, cha 12. took great axe, empower healing, power attack, maximize, quicken, toughness, and improved crit.

Very happy with this build for both casting, heals, melee, and defense.

    Thanks for advices everyone.
Now I'm level 11 (when I get my lazy behind to trainer).

    That's what I plan:
    Code:
Starting stats: 17/8/15/11/16/11 (+3 tome everywhere)
Level ups in Strenght (possible 1 point in Charisma,
so if I ever get +4 cha tome I can take divine migth 2)

    Fighter2/Cleric17/Wizard1 (level order: ftr1,cle12,wiz1,cle17,ftr2)

Feats: 1 Power attack, cleave, 3: empowered healing, 6: maximize,
9: empower, 12: improved critical (slashing), 14(wizard): quicken, 15: toughness,
18: great cleave, 20: THF, 21: overwhelming critical, 24: ITHF

    Skills: UMD, concentration, diplomacy
If any one got any further suggestions or ideas, I'm glad to hear them.

Also a small question: should I take great cleave or THF first?

Greater cleave. Even something like Carnifex will get you to 15 -16 ( passable for GH too ) with strength level ups, PA on and cleaving/greater cleaving through bunches of mobs.

And if you go full melee, gthf over empower, which you will use only on DP anyway, for burst healing, maximize is plenty ( though without racial heal amp it's a tough choice, stronger burst vs third and better glances )
Diplomacy is a waste, get some balance. Heavy armour, low cleric reflex, low ish strength without any balance = laying on the ground from every comet or trip for a loong time is not fun ( and deadly )

Dwarf has natural synergy with cleric due to enhancement choices.
Not really, human versatility for melee, extra feat and racial heal amp(!) trumps every other choice easily.
