Try updating your drivers, especially video and audio.

(0xc0000005 means a memory access violation occurred.)

You say this happened after update 15, not after the recent update 16?

    - I assume it was working before then?
    - Did you change your video hardware (or any other hardware) around that time?
    - Have you changed any BIOS options, especially memory options?
    - Have you tried the "repair game/graphics settings" in the Launcher Droparrow Menu?
    - Are you very low on disk space?

If you have checked all of those, there is a possibility one of your main DDO files is corrupted - I have seen corrupted files cause memory access violations.

Unfortunately I'm no graphics expert, maybe someone familiar with Nvidia issues will have something more to share...

Because the main error code was KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, the odds of DDO causing the exception is quite low. This a memory violation by something in kernal space, either Windows (unlikely) or a driver (extremely likely). Double checking that all drivers are up to date, video and audio being the major players here would be the first step. Since these are up to date, maybe moving onto motherboard drivers and other peripherals. Possibly trying to downgrade back to the last certified video driver would be an option too.

Windows error reporting should come up when you reboot the computer, it has an option to display what is being sent. It may provide clues to which driver caused the access violation.

BSOD is tipically hardware or windows breaking, can be the drivers or actual damage, corruption, etc.
These may happen out of the blue, works one day then suddenly break.
Some players have reported whole cards fried even.

    Anything else changed recently?
Maybe the sound resources is in conflict if you added any other hardware changes.
Hidden damages are still a possibility.
