    Default Dos + rage

    Hello guys,
it's been a while not playing a pally and i wonder if something changed from DoS, as i remember rage effects don't stacks with Dos stance. It's right?
Descritption in ddo wiki doesn't show anything about it...

You just can not get raged in stance and that applies to madstone rage as well.

Any Defensive stance will make you immune to rage or remove a rage type effect. (DoS, Stallwart, Combat Expertise, Defensive Stance)

    The exceptions
    • Taking a defensive stance after Madstone rage does not remove Madstone Rage
    • Madstone Rage effect in Gianthold Madstone Quest

Not exactly. Unlike with the rage spell DoS & SD only prevent madstone from applying. You can madstone or double madstone and then go into stance to have both. But the boots will never work when in stance. Which sucks because madstone does not reduce ac like rage does.

The most important thing is note how this applies to many of the interesting Fury of the Wild benefits. They are only effective when raged--and rage pots count so one could be raged all the time even as a non-Barb. Fortunately Sense Weakness isn't one of those that require rage, but overall this effect does put a bit of a damper on the destiny whether for twisting or levelling through it.
