    Looks like you will hit pretty hard, especially during manyshot. The biggest drawback will be your rate of fire while not in manyshot.

    Suggestions:

    Swap out 3 toughness feats for power attack, cleave, and great cleave. This will open up overwhelming critical at level 21, and give you some power if/when you want to swing a big sword (or a halfling). You will also want combat archery, so you will need to get your dex to 21 by level 24.

    You might want to consider taking cleric or fvs dillittentte instead of rogue. Being able to heal and raise people cannot be underestimated, and I have found that archers tend to generate a lot of aggro, which weakens sneak attacks. Of course, you would have to shift some build points to get the necessary 13 wis or cha.

    Precision is also worthy of considering, especially since your main damage will come from crits.

    Why did you wait until level 20 to take improved precise shot? I have found that feat invaluable in gianthold on up on archers.

    From my experience it's hard to level an arcane archer without having 10,000 stars enhancement. What's your plan when the many-shot will be on timer? Also some of your enhancements look very costly e.g. Fighter Toughness III, Fighter Strength III etc. If you are getting rouge dilettante, then dump intimidate, and max out bluff skills. If the fighter capstone doesn't stack with TOD rings or quiver of alacrity then going pure build will be a bad decision IMHO.

    People are really quick to tell you how great 10k stars is, what they fail to tell you is how poor 10k stars is without a 34+ wisdom at least, with a wisdom score like this your str suffers. I played my AA as a 10k archer 2 lives back to back now and I cant say I've been happy with it either time, While 10k stars will let you range MORE but, your manyshot bursts suffer as a result, sometimes I feel like I would've been better of meleeing than bothering to even toggle 10k stars

    so... would it be better in this case to give up some hp for some 2hf or 2wf abilities (because of the str and dex bonuses) for in between manyshot to preserve the power of manyshot, but have some effectiveness outside of manyshot? and maybe choose bluff or diplo or change my dilly all together?

    EDIT: according to the ddo wiki. the bonus from the capstones is competence where the bonus from the quiver is enhancement

    if you plan to do the 20 fighter build, You will need some sort of melee feats, single shot bow DPS isn't that great. I think the post about fitting in some cleaves for OC is a good idea

    You have ranger PL... will you be happy enough without any spell healing or evasion? If willing to give up capstone you could get an extra feat and evasion by splashing 2 monk, or add evasion and trapping (losing a feat) by splashing 2 rogue. I guess dilly gives you healing, so I guess that should be okay (archers take less damage anyway). DPS should be excellent (for an archer), with crit range 16-20 x3 with epic thorn or pinion (as good as a kensei khopesh fighter).

    Personally I'd want to front load all the damage and archer feats since the early levels you will likely solo a lot and should breeze through them.*edit* You'll also have good gear, ftr HP, and good stats as a multi-TR*. Something like:
    1) weap focus and pt blank shot
    2) rapid shot
    3) precise shot
    4) bow str
    6) weap spec and many shot
    8) imp crit
    9) PL arcane prodigy
    10) power att
    12) great weap spec and imp precise shot
    14) cleave
    15) toughness
    16) greater focus
    18) sup focus and great cleave
    20) precision?

    I'm curious, what is the use of AA without a blue bar to power the spell effects?

    Or is something here (like epic destiny) providing you with SP?

    Yes, items work as does the feat PL: arcance prodigy (which satisfies his pre-req)
