I posted this in general and somebody suggested I take it in here, which I thought was a good idea (I honestly didn't know there was a store feedback section).
Anyways, this morning I got on and found that EXP pots were still on sale. I went and grabbed a box of them and put them in my cart for 1850 points or so. I went and bought a BUNCH of points, because I wanted to support the game I love so much, and then I clicked purchase, while the sale point total was still listed in the cart, and I got a message basically saying "Thanks for buying your <item> for <point total that was totally not the sale price>." Apparently I had bought the item within a few seconds of the sale ending.
The thing is, if a little box popped up and said "Hey you! You're items in your cart have changed price" I would have stopped and figured out what I was doing, and I probably would have been a little bummed, but I really wouldn't of cared. I would've figured it was my fault for not going quick enough, whatever. And I would have bought the item anyways. But as it stands now...I feel like I bought something at a different price than was advertised, which makes me really unhappy. Its basically ruined my entire day (and by extension, my weekend of planned DDO) because I can't even think of DDO right now without having my stomach churn. Anyways...
Suggestion: If you having something in you're cart and it changes price, and you click buy, a little message box should really pop up saying that the price has changed, and make sure that the person still wants to buy it.
