    Default Two Hours and no GM Response

    We ran Ghosts of Perdition to what should have been completion twice today, and both times the quest completion bugged. The first time we opened a ticket, #2750371, but one of our party members convinced us to re-run the quest instead of waiting for a GM to respond. Unfortunately we wiped before completing the quest.

    The second time we managed to run the quest to what should have been completion, but it bugged again. We opened tickets #2750562 and #2750567 at just after 7 pm eastern time, and have had no response for more than two hours now on that first ticket, and closing in on two hours on the second ticket. I'm feeling very angry at the moment regarding the lack of response to our tickets. All the members of our party feel let down by Turbine in-game support, especially during prime hours of play for our group of US players.

    I will be following up on this issue again. I'm feeling so angry right now I am unable to report this better than posting this thread.
