Well i got bored again and i was wondering, how long is a regular warforged's life span. Just out of curiosity, thanks.
Just long enough to hit the acid trap in part 3 of Water Works. And then no more.
INFERUS SUS Sorcs (Socky, Sockie, Socklin), Rogues (Sockpuppet, Sockum), Clerics (Sockington, Sockase), FVS (Sockle), Intim (Tubesocks), Bards (Sockdolenger, Sockish), Rangers (Sockin, Sockel), Wizzy (Sockut), Kensai (Sockt), Monk (Sockfist), Arty (Sockficer, Sockcraft)
Mine usually start dying in Water Works, some make it all the way to Deleras.
Once made an untwinked WF FvS and had 5 deaths levelling up to 20 - 4 of which were against rust monsters. So my best answer is:
Basically forever - unless they meet a *********** ********* **** **** ******* *** ********** Rustie.
After the minus heal amp changes about 3 minutes.
^^-- Comedians above me were quick tonight...
Deadbot-Sorcerer Warforged // Weetawted - Wizard AM Warforged // Rattletrap - Light Monk Warforged // Baloons - Artificer Warforged // Mormorromrom - Favored Soul Human Evoker/Healer
Assuming proper maintenance they can operate indefinitely.

See you ask questions like this and next thing you know, you'll be asking what the air-speed velocity of an unladen swallow is!
However, the flipside to that making no sense is watching a Mind Flayer barf after eating a WF's brain. Haven't seen em do it in a while, so I don't know if they took that out... but it was hilarious.
Warforged live reliably and without fail for the entire length of their life.
according to the ebberon campain setting:
no one knows, none have died of old age yet. ddo is set a little before the campain setting time line wise I beleive, so again its a case of no one knows. warforge realy arent that old. most warforge you meet in ddo would actualy be teenagers. They were churned out of the manufactories - as adults, and ready to fight after a few months training, ddo time line is set a few years after the end of the house wars - hense the old title sequence of the out of work warforge becoming an adventurer. The fact that the treaty of thronehold beleived that warforge did not die of old age was one of the primary arguments for them not beign allowed to produce more warforge.
It is also worth noting that house cannith only found the manufactories, they were originaly bult by the quori (see dreaming dark/LOB quests) some ancient warforge from those times are still fully functional.
As the quori were not in ascendance at the time of the current batch of warforge being produced, these warforge are not beholden to the quori - they are more than mere vessels for thier will. This could have many implications such as what will/life force does drive the current batch and do they infact have souls if they are not simply empty vessels for quori? will they die of old age, or will they cease to be active or become possed at the turning of the dream cycle? Bringing us back to... no one knows.
according to my experiences in ddo....
its kinda variable, the acid trap in WW, the rusties in grey moon, my monk made it all the way to crucible...
