Not sure how many people have done this. I solo'd Shroud on Normal on my completionist toon, Footsie, and thought I'd leave some info and post a screenshot. Right now i'm 12 monk / 6 paladin / 2 fighter / 5 epic, a dark monk with Defender of Siberys I, and I had Grandmaster of Flowers as my active destiny, and twisted Lithe and Fast Healing for a minor bonus, but don't think they were necessary.
I used about 80 heal scrolls and 80 haste pots, plus a handful 2 minute commendation haste pots from Eveningstar. Total completion time was 2:07. Here's the breakdown.
Part 1 - 26 minutes
At most 3 portals up at any time, had to bounce around some to kill portal keepers. Think i killed 7 or 8 portal keepers.
Part 2 - 29 minutes
This was the hard one. I had the gnoll, earth elemental, orc and barbazu. The bosses were doing a lot of healing so it took a while, I think the gnoll and orc were responsible. I was frequently getting my buffs removed, by the gnoll I think, which was annoying, but less annoying than the mass healing they were spamming. I split them up and killed them all once, and let them rez at the crystal. They seem to loose this magical death immunity with proximity to each other after they rez, but they get it back eventually (spent an hour in part 2 on a failed run where they reobtained the magical death immunity multiple times, not sure what was going on). After they rez'd once i quickly prepped them and killed them next to each as fast as i could, then ran to the crystal and shot flowers destiny bullets at it to kill it. Phew! Hard part over.
Part 3 - 14 minutes
I ran around breaking crystals with a shuriken and the monk destiny bullets. Got 7 fountains watered before the rainbow spawned and i had to run the last few laps extra slow avoid it.
Part 4 - 36 minutes
Took me 12 rounds to kill Harry (how appropriate!). I used EIN every other round to take out the gnolls, and i was able to stay in the blades most of the time with Wholeness of Spirit (flowers destiny), Lay on Hands, or Silver Flame pots.
Part 5 - 22 minutes
The 4 mini-bosses were back and I didn't have ship buffs this time. I didn't think it would be bad, but it was noticeably harder. I got earthgrabbed once and they beat me down to 80 hp before I could heal. But i survived and they didn't XD. Harry was straightfoward. I had to scroll heal every 10-15 seconds or so, sometimes the blades would wander my way and I'd have to heal more often. It was long, but less grueling than part 4 for sure.
