    Default Divine spells and WF Healer's Friend broken?

    There have been a few other threads (notably this, this, and this) that mentioned that divine enhancements and equipment that add spell power are only half as effective as they should be, but I haven't seen anything about the Warforged Healer's Friend enhancement not working properly.


    Excerpt from my post on one of the aforementioned threads:
    Did some preliminary testing on a WF friend who has Healer's Friend I.

    Using:
    Empower Healing metamagic (with Radiant Servant II enhancement) (+75 + 25 = +100 spell power)
    Life Magic I-IV (+ 80 spell power)
    Epic Ornamented Dagger Tier 3 (+52 equipment spell power +15 implement = +67 spell power)
    Healing Power Tier I from Exalted Angel Epic Destiny (+10 spell power)

    My Heal spell hits him on the live server for 239 points. It heals fleshies with no healing amp for 417.

    So assuming enhancements, equipment, and epic destinies are only half as effective:
    150 + 150 * (100 + (80 + 67 + 10)/2)/100 = 150 + 150 * (100 + 78.5)/100 = 150 + 150 * 1.785 = 417.75

    Rounded down to 417. Matches what I'm seeing so far on live. So far so good. Now we apply the WF healing penalty:
    417 * (50% + 15% for Healer's Friend I) = 417 * 0.65 = 271.05 = 271 rounded

    That's higher than what I'm getting currently. Hmm, what if Healer's Friend was only half as effective, similar to what we're seeing with enhancements and equipment?
    417 * (50% + 15%/2) = 417 * 0.575 = 239.775 = 239 rounded.

    Well, how about that? Matches exactly!

    I've tried reequipping, resetting my enhancements, with and without Empower Healing and the dagger, but the numbers I'm getting are consistent with the problems stated in the linked threads and Healer's Friend not producing the correct bonus.


    Anyone else seeing this?

    In the beta forums it was mentioned that healers friend is broken, and one of the devs majmal maybe or madfloyd I forget who said that they would likely be chasing this problem thru most the summer. I wouldn't get my hopes up on it being fixed anytime soon.

    Yep. It doesn't help players, so no big rush to fix it. Gotta make sure those uppity divines learn their proper role anyway

    Noticed the same thing on my fvs yesterday.. Hadn't played him for a while so thought I might be wrong, but I saw the exact same numbers as you.

    Come on devs.. if you really don't want us to roll wf remove them from the game - don't nerf/break/under equip them every update - we don't understand hints
