For me, the display is currently borked.
In tree view, where the actual tree should be, there´s empty space, all the icons are scattered/strangely arranged below the frame. Adding points and getting the correct/updating tooltips still works, but the visuals are somehow bugged. Experienced this on two machines, both running Win7 and IE.

I think you found your problem.

was it always like this or was it just after the last update?

I had to remove some css overflow rules to make the new tooltip work; I'm guessing removing part of the clearfix is what's causing your issues. What version of IE are you using? 8, 9, 10? Let me know and I'll see if I can get a fix out.

builders, rejoice, pre-reqs now are handled correctly.

If you want to put more than one point into a skill that has a pre-req, you must now (as matches the game) ensure that you have the same number or higher points into the pre-requisite ability before you can continue to put points into said skill.

As always, thanks for the support!

Display was fine, not sure I missed any updates but last I saw correctly displayed was without updating tooltinps for different ranks, since the rank update tooltip descriptions work (or are worked in) the displayed is screwed, at least for me.
    IE at work: 9.0.8112.16421
    Win at work: WIN7 32 bit SP1

Will post setup at home when I´m there again
Not sure it´s the same for Opera which I use as well at home, but will give you an update asap.

I'll give an example of another bug I found:

    Draconic incarnation:

Draconic Presence -> Daunting Roar. To get Daunting Roar, you have to put 1 point into Draconic Presence. However, if you THEN take away (right clicking) the point into Draconic Presence, the planner let you keep the point into Daunting Roar (shouldn't be possible without its pre-req)

I think I'm close to a fix that will keep the new tooltips working and correct the display issues with IE, but I haven't had much free time to play with this issue in particular.

While I would love to agree with this sentiment, this is often out of a user's hands (in the case of a work computer), so I'll spend some time when I can to get it working again for IE (and Opera and whoever else does silly things).

There was a time when a lot of websites were platform independent. I like my browser, you´re like that occasional web site telling me "this web site has been optimized for use with MS IE sry you won´t see anything if you don´t use that".

Oh and by the way, you´re playing your character wrong because you don´t do it like I do

    Same here.
Worked great before, something changed along the way.
When/if you get time, I'd love to see it fixed, I was enjoying this tool.

    Thanks!

ok, I've fixed the issue for IE8 (kinda). I don't actually know what it looked like before, but it's less visually confusing now. The background on the map is still missing: this is due to older browser not supporting html5. If there are any minor things that were there before that aren't there now (for the users that were reporting the visual issues) please try and describe what it used to be so I can try and bring it back to where it was. Other than that, I'm not going to spend much more time supporting the older browsers; they have upgrades for a reason

IE 9 should be back to where it was.

    Easy to use.

Suggestion, it would be nice to somehow save it as a txt file or save the image as a road map.

Otherwise, nothing else useful to say other than it is a great planning tool!

Oh!... the footer text on the page says "ddodestiny.com" .... might want to check that.

Just wanted to pop in here and let everyone know that I hope to have an update to the builder within a few weeks; this is still my baby project, but work has been handing me my rear for the past few months.

Thanks everyone who uses/has used this!

    Grandmaster of flowers.

    Running with Wind
    Walking with Waves
    Standing with Stone
    Dancing with Flame

they do not show the correct bonus for ranks 2 and 3.

I use firefox, 15.0.1 if it helps at all.
