Have you guys talked about the often requested removal, or increase of max cl on lvl6+ spells?
It would need some balancing, but you would allow you to remove the overly complicated +MCL stat from the game, clear up a ton of confusion, and actually make savants feel like they have more power on their spells as they should. Vs now where is pretty much (if you understand the very complex nature of savants):
Ice Savant cuz polar ray is the only spell in the game savant affects that really matters.
Else, air savant for its nice defensive benefits.
No one plays fire savants past lvl~15.
A few play earth, but its mainly for flavor reasons.
(Tho i'm the expansion even tho im all about dps, im going air savant as with the +5 CL, even ice savant very little affect on overall dps)
Vs now whers its this very weird game of balancing out +MCL/CL and complex testing of if spells have a max CL or not (which is very often left out of spells descriptions.. Notable example: A lot of new druid spells..)
