    Exclamation No Turbine Points received

    Well lets begin, 2 days ago i bought 400 Turbine points for 6 Euros through Boku Sms Mobile phone payment and it said that it was successfully charged but i still didnt get my points and my money was gone so iam asking now what the hell is going on here ? how long can it take till you get your points credited ? I already sended a ticket with no response. Can someone help me out please ?

    Thx, for no response as expected my money is gone and i did not receive my turbine points well its not a big deal to rob me off Turbine.

    Just a heads up there are two problems with your post that reduce the likely hood of getting a response on the forums.

    Problem one is that it is in the wrong forum. GM's have no access to your billing information to verify that you actually paid for Turbine points or that you did or did not receive them. The account management forums would have been more appropriate. http://forums.ddo.com/forumdisplay.php?f=134

    Even then they do not talk about billing issues on the forums you have to contact them directly.
