    Default Unable to log in to the game and to my turbine account

    Hello

    I've had a vip subscription active on and off for about 3 years now, currently active though. When I tried to log in just a minute ago, I got the message "The username entered does not have an active "DDO" subscription. Please try another username".
    I tried to google some solutions, but nothing so far has worked for me.

    When I then head over to myaccount @ turbine and try and log in there i get the following message.

    "The system was unable to update your account at this time due to a system error; we apologize for the inconvenience. If this problem persists, or resulted in any issues in your account, please contact Turbine Customer Service. [err: -2]".

    I know for a fact that my vip subscription is active, so some help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hmm, so I keep trying to log in to both the game and my turbine account, and suddenly it lets me in...

    I'm still interested in knowing the error (which I assume it is) that made me unable to log in.

    We were experiencing some issues earlier today as was stated in this thread. But, we were able to clear them up, and you should be able to log in and play the game normally

    Default UGH this happened to me right now

    I first suspect getting hacked and I freaked out BAAAH!
    Thank God it's not an issue of hacking..
    Good to hear yours is working.. off to try again!

    I'm also experiencing this problem today.
    Informed that it wasn't a valid account and also that the password combo was invalid.

    Anything we need to be concerned about?

    It looks like it may have cleared up now within the last couple of minutes.
