I've had a vip subscription active on and off for about 3 years now, currently active though. When I tried to log in just a minute ago, I got the message "The username entered does not have an active "DDO" subscription. Please try another username".
I tried to google some solutions, but nothing so far has worked for me.
When I then head over to myaccount @ turbine and try and log in there i get the following message.
"The system was unable to update your account at this time due to a system error; we apologize for the inconvenience. If this problem persists, or resulted in any issues in your account, please contact Turbine Customer Service. [err: -2]".
I know for a fact that my vip subscription is active, so some help would be greatly appreciated.
