    Default Please Help me Retool my Dark Knight Build!

    Hello guys, I need some help retooling my Dark Knight build. I am simply not enjoying the build as is right now and am really eager to play with some monk abilities. At the moment I am a Human 18 Paladin/2 Fighter and plan on using a Greater Heart of Wood +5 to go 14 Paladin/4 Fighter/ 2 Monk. I have the following past lives: Ranger, Fighter, and Barbarian.

    My goal is to have something with nice AC that is enjoyable to play until I can TR again (currently grabbing past lives on my Wizard). I want to maintain some survivability but want to contribute a bit more DPS wise and just hope to enjoy the character more. Here is what I currently am thinking for gear:

    Belt: Knost’s Belt
    Boots: Epic Boots of Corrosion
    Bracers: Epic Scorched Bracers
    Cloak: Epic Cloak of Night
    Gloves: Epic Gloves of the Claw
    Goggles: Epic Raven’s Sight
    Helm: Epic Helm of Frost (Wisdom +6 Slotted)
    Necklace: Epic Grim’s Bracelet
    Ring: Epic Seal of the Earth
    Ring: Epic Ring of the Buccaneer
    Trinket: Epic Gem of Many Facets
    Armor: Icy Raiment (Alchemical Dodge Ritual)
    Weapon: Alchemical Handwraps – Adamantine Air/Air/Air

    I still need the Scorched Bracers Seal/Scroll, the Raven’s Sight Seal, the Seal of the Earth Seal, and the Tier 3 Air from Epic LoB but am otherwise set, and have some alternative gear to use in the mean time.

    This toon also have an eSoS, eMC, Min II Khops and many other goodies so my gear set is flexible as long as I can score some AC.

    Here is how I plan on laying out my attributes; I have eaten a +3 tome for each stat:

    STR: 24 (10 start, +3 tome, +7 item, +3 profane, enhancement)
    DEX: 28 (16 start, +3 tome, +7 item, +2 alchemical)
    CON: 26 (17 start, +3 tome, +6 item)
    INT: 12 (9 start, +3 tome)
    WIS: 34 (16 start, +3 tome, +6 item slotted, +5 level, +2 exceptional, +2 enhancements)
    CHA: 18 (8 started, +3 tome, +7 item)

    While I will be using a heart to TR I am still going to post the leveling order so the feats make sense:

    1 Monk
    2 Paladin
    3 Monk
    4-8 Paladin
    9-10 Fighter
    11-18 Paladin
    19-20 Fighter

    Below are my feats and enhancements so far with the understanding that I will be using wraps. If this changes then I will have to rethink a bit more. I could use some help here with the ideal order for feats and which ones are worthless, as well as enhancements:

    Not trolling...but if you are 18/2, just TR into something else and take advantage of the healing amp for past life.

    Increase str
    Lose Diehard feat (useless)
    Lose Weapon Finesse (It's way to easy to bff str)
    Take Combat Expertise (Any build that wants a little AC needs it)

    I do plan on TRing into something else, but because I am working on 3rd barbarian PL for my wizard, before grabbing (3) FvS PL and (2) WIZ PL I wanted to avoid having two of my four characters going through a TR. I also want to do a couple more runs on certain things to get the 20 lists, as well as grab a tier 3 air from eLoB.
