    str 30-con 24-dex-26-int-26. okayish stats
    this guy is for my bro and he wanted a AA and a caster typ.what i cam up with should be able to be a back-up healer with a 37 self buffed umd. and a good amount of hp.
    this is not a build for epics,it is for the Shroud
    and hp in lower 400s.

    As flavor builds go, I like the concept, but the execution could stand some improvement, IMHO. Here's my take: I improved ranged DPS with IC:Ranged & Imp Prec Shot; added wraith form which I suspect will be more useful than vampire; and tweaked enhs a bit. I only wish I could find a way to squeeze in Empower, but I can't decide what to drop for it. HPs take a hit, but...well, that's why she stands waaaay in the back. I was also a bit lackadaisical with skills, but the only ones which matter are Concentration & UMD, IMHO; everything else is just gravy.

    Glad you like it. Couple other possibilities:

    • Take a ftr 2 splash instead of rogue 2; give up Evasion, UMD, and trap skills for 2 more feats & +1 STR enh. That would let you squeeze in, say, Empower & Quicken for more DoT DPS; or GTWF and either Power Atk or IC Slash for better melee DPS.
    • If you have monk, something like monk 6 / wiz 12 / rgr or ftr 2 to get 10K Stars as well. Unfortunately, incorporeal bonus from Shadow Fade & wraith form don't stack. Stat pts become a bit trickier, though, because you need WIS 13 (e.g., base 11 + 2 tome) to take Zen Archery.

    yep,but he wants to evad and get traps it kinda of gives this build like 5 diffrent things it can do.
    Umd scroll,dot,meele dps,ranged dps,and some spell dps. with dots and quicken/emp/maxmize

    If I was going to do a "caster" type Arcane Archer I'd base it on any class BUT a wizard or sorcerer.

    Here I have 2 caster based builds, a favoured soul and a cleric. Both can scroll heal a tank and have decent to excellent single target (manyshot+10k stars+divine punishment) and decent to excellent AoE (improved precise shot+blade barrier) DPS. The cleric variant lacks IC: Ranged but could plausibly be a backup raid healer.

    A bard based AA is also quite decent. Either 16 bard/2 fighter/2 ranger Virtuoso II or 16 bard/2 fighter/2 rogue half-elf (ranger dilettante) could work quite well with the second having lower DPS but better versatility.

    Finally, you could manage some Artificer AA, Savingsoul has mucked around with that a fair bit and seems to support it. Something like 9 Artificer (lightning motes)/6 monk (10k stars)/5 ranger (construct+EO FEs) could work, not sure if the feats would fit though.
