    Default Problem with entering product key for expansion.

    I bought the expansion, got the product key on my email but when I try to enter it, it says I have to resume ViP subscription. To be exact, error I'm encoutering goes:

    You cannot upgrade a suspended subscription. Please reactivate the subscription first and try again. [err: 29306]
    and: ATTENTION: One or more of your subscriptions has been suspended or downgraded from VIP status due to non-payment. Please click “Resume Subscription” to restore the subscription`s former Active or VIP status.

    Problem is I don't want to be ViP again Any idea how can I skip it?

    Account management team does not check the account management assistance section of the forums?
