    Calculate your hp:
    Planner shoes 390 +
    7 con from eChrono
    3 Exceptional
    = 490 HP +
    40 SFL
    20 Minus
    = 550 HP - seems a bit squishy for a tank.

Yet again... depends what u wanna tank...

    Edit: Oooo! Look at my posts count! . . . . 777
    Which prize do I get???

I think you might consider 6 fighter instead of pali since stalwart defender will put your hp up way higher and give you a bit more threat as well i beleive

    Monk,
Tanky tank no haz aggro, why you helf rogue dilli?! If you're doing your job, the SA is a waste. Specialize!
Reconsider your racial setup or dilli. Maybe human with an extra toughness or... something.
Also, don't let FUD about HP scare you! They're all crazy.

T3 Earth stance will give +3 con - so you need to consider taking human adapt: con so that you won't be at an odd when in earth stance.

    HP-wise you'll be at:
    390
    +10 Draconic
    +100 (+7 epic evenomed; +1 ToD ring; +2 epic brawn's spirits)
    +20 Toughness
    +40 SFL
    +40 Earth Stance
    +20 DoS
    +20 Shrine
    +40 Yugo
    --
    670
    + 10% DoS hp bonus: 67
    --
    737

Also, Ninja Spy II is a waste of AP - you're gonna be tanking, not dancing on water or doing SA damage. Don't get me wrong, dance of the water strider is handy, but not essential and your AP is kinda tight on this build. Suggest getting more heal amp/hp with your points.

I know you didnt build for wis but consider Stunning Fist over Stunning Blow maybe...
SB will no longer double proc now, while SF will. And the cooldown etc etc...

Throw in GS +45 hp somewhere there too^^
Cannith - Juzam, Fighter 8 Ranger 6 Monk 6 AA/ Orocarn, Wraith 12 Stalwart Defender 6 Rogue 2 / Taigongwanng, Sorc TRing - Alleanza degli Uomini Liberi/Guardiani di Eberron

You're a derp - if you took barb dilly, you'll be able to get barb con, meaning you can also take human adap str for only 2 AP - freeing up 2 AP for you.

Good luck finding anything that trumps Divine Righteousness.
Also, Defender of Sibery's gives the exact same amount of AC, STR, CON and HP as Stalwart Defender does.

Just wanted to throw in that it's highly entertaining to see your LoB tank running around on the water throwing shuriken at him while he's whirlwinding.

Also, you go all out with HV 4, but you have no source of extra boosts. You will run out fairly quickly, and then your threat drops dangerously. Consider taking touch of death instead for a consistent damage output.

I'm a derp - SFL can go in epic pouch of jerky, +2 con moves to epic bracers of the claw
Switch in Epic brawns when needed.
