    Default Questions for mid-game

    I am trying out your build and having a great time and I have some basic questions. I play with my kids mostly so I don't get to lvl 20 much. Usually play up to about 12 -14.

    When mobs get close and you switch to melee, are you fighting as a monk ?

    What repeaters should I look for for low-mid levels. I found a +2 seeker that is hitting for 25-44 damage now, and I found a ghost touch hvy rptr.

    I'm not sure which Uzy build you are referring to, but yes, in most cases when you switch to melee you are unarmed and fight "as a monk."

    There aren't many named repeaters in the game, for example per http://ddowiki.com/page/Named_weapons_by_type, and your grind at lower levels may therefore be more for rune arms than for repeaters. The hellfire crossbow from the Chronoscope raid, of course, is nice to have at the lower levels and it can be upgraded to epic.

    I tend not to obsess about gear, as you can probably tell from my posts, but at the lower levels if I can I use a lacerating heavy repeater of some sort or another, holy of lacerating is nice or acid of lacerating. Once you reach level 10, you should try to get disrupters, smiters, banishers, and paralyzers (preferably in that order ). Uzy's have to haul and manage a lot of gear, so I think tyring to get particular bane weapons as well would likely be overkill, but that depends on your style and whether you're able to find the room in your inventory.

    Uzy VIII is still not an "official" Uzy build, due to some shortcomings, so I'm going to keep it out of the OP for now. However, I'm curious whether anyone has tried it. If so, don't be shy, please share your experience.

    Last I tried, edit worked fine for me. Anyway, to open a new tab, I always preferred middle mouse button ftw
