Default LET'S TALK: Minimum Screen Resolution

What screen resolution do you use in DDO?

For those running at anything less than 720 vertical (e.g. 800x600), how vital is this for you?
The kobold cannot be marked as junk because it cannot be sold. You can destroy it by dragging and dropping it outside your inventory.

1366x768 now with new equipment; before 1024x768.

The only thing is that GUI elements are on 1024x768 somewhat to big, especially titles.
Then, when it comes to tooltips for weapons, such as Greensteel, display of those descriptions is to big to fit the screen. Also, while using mailbox and inventory, or inventory and AH, it's a bit hard to pass items from one window to another.

I use 1920x1200, yet still run out of screen space to fit more hotbars.

I get that with greensteel tooltips even at high resolution.

It would be nice if we could scale the size of the ui (Add a slider to the options to change sizes of parts of the ui) or even font size would be nice.

1368x768 on a 32" monitor. I still run out of space when I am looking at an item with tons on stuff on it.

I play on any of 3 machines; the lowest res I use is 1024x768 (others are both well beyond that).

My biggest problem isn't the minimum resolution, it's the fact that bar placement gets wonky when I move machines ... yet if I reconfigure keys, those don't.

I'm not sure if screen resolution is the thing to look at (1280 by 1024 in my case, and apart from greensteel item descriptions it works just fine), but rather the fact that at the moment it is not possible to resize many of the gui items - hotbars for example.

1280x1024 is the max resolution (and what I use) of my monitor.

This is on an old PC, but it's currently my only PC. Really got to get a current one.

    1920x1080, windowed.

I used to do 1280x1024 but it was just too hard to enjoy the game with all of the clutter.

I use a second monitor at 1280x1024 for Wiki and such.

Scalable UI elements like in Guildwars and screen res becomes much less of an issue.

Usually running at 1600x1200, but want smaller hotbars, larger mini map, and a pony.

I run at 1366X768 on my 15" laptop and I'm constantly running out of screen real estate.

Also sometimes I can't see an entire item description (e.g., weapons with lots of bonuses/effects) because it expands past the screen edge.

1366x768 max my laptop will allow

greensteel and similar tooltips get HIGHLY annoying since it cuts off the top so the only way to close it is to close all windows

1280x1024 windowed. When visiting a buddy... considerably smaller. I'd be nice to see some scalability in the UI components.

Running at 1600x900 windowed on a 20" monitor. Even with changing to full screen (and I have my taskbar set to auto-wide just for windowed mode), everything feels cluttered, no matter how few hotbars I use or how neatly I arrange them. :\

I swap to my laptop's native 1366x768 screen when traveling or when I have problems with the monitor I typically use, but I still have the same irritations as above, just more pronounced because of the smaller screen.

    1920X1080 and 1680X1050

and I agree that re sizable UI elements would take care of most of this.
