    conclusion: they havnt read anything i wrote in there, where i explained why i resent the ticket including the old ticketnumbers, reasons, subject and the fact that i refer to the FREE pending chartransfers that have not been processed yet.
    obviously the ticket system cant help me with automated answers.
    You already got all the information in this email.
    - they could not complete the transfer due to some sort of unknown "technical" issue (whatever that may be)
    - they CLOSED your transfer request
    - they didn't charge you anything (ok that's the only pointless part of this response, since your transfer would have been free anyway)
    - they are "investigating the issue" and will post an update "in the Premium Service Status Sticky in the Account Management forum once it has been resolved"

    So given the reply you got, what do you expect them to do for you? Your transfer has been processed (either by some sort of autotransfer thingy or an turbine employee) with the result that currently the transfer is impossible to complete.

    Everything said and done, case closed...

    Oh and by the way, considering the current state of wayfinder i'd be glad they didn't complete the transfer

    Who knows, perhaps they are currently evaluating the possible future of the server and want to avoid drama and complaints when they merge servers ("whaa whaa, why didn't you tell me you would merge with $some_server, then i'd never have paid for transfer from wayfinder to that server a month ago" ... or "*lots of tears* you meanies, i transfered to wayfinder only to be merged into another server a month later").

    But thats just my opinion.

    Hey Z,

    transfer out of Wayfinder also do not work. I tried a couple of times. They keep telling me that due to certain technical issues transfers currently to and from Wayfinder do not work. No other explanations where ever given by Turbine.

    I find this to be honest rather strange cause it worked just fine when the server first opened up. Transfers worked without a glitch and now suddenly they don't.

    where did you even find a form to request such a transfer?
    the standard ticket doesnt even list wayfinder as possible source/target

    Yes, the transfer form doesn't list Wayfinder yet, so you'll have to choose "unknown/none" on the drop down menu it seems and then mention WAYFINDER in the text window.
