    Default 18/1/1 Ranger/Monk/Rogue Tempest III

    Next I am going to get VIP and I think this is the build i want to go with. What I want to get out of it is rogue skills and TWF DPS (And be able to pull out THF weapons or handwraps if needed). Feel free to critique and give any advice.

    Human exploiter is a better build. Racial Healing amp on a toon with self-blue-bar heals pays off in spades, as does 3 racial toughnesses on a class with no class-bassed toughness.

    Human is the only way you can take both a healing meta-magic and the khopesh feat on an 18/1/1

    Nimble Fingers?

    Chaotic Outside as an FE?

    18/1/1 has been a staple since 2009, and the Exploiter build grodon9999 is referring to is in this thread:

    You probably don't need to read all 67 pages, and 1336 posts (yes, you still can make post #1337 in that one), but it should contain a lot of info useful to your build.

    Re: Your build. Don't put level-ups in Dex, just focus on Str.
    One of the advantages of HOrc is its Strength. Going HOrc and not maxing Str is pretty much missing the point. That having said, Human > HOrc, especially on a TWF build which has Damage boost and Haste boost.
