    I decided to tune the build further towards DPS.
    Exchanged Empower for ITHF and Extend for GTHF.

    Reasons are simple:
    I only use Empower for BB and DP. Not for healing. I find myself using those spells less and less, but they are still OK to use without.
    For Extend: I liked it for Divine Power, Divine Favor, Holy Aura, Recitation, Prayer. The benefits of the latter 3 have become redundant and therefore having extend just for DP and DF is just not worth it.

    DPS overall is pretty nice for a pure fvs with the whole THF chain now, i like it a lot.

    I've played variations of this build for more than 18 months. I found Stunning Blow to be highly desired against casters especially in EE content. Helf fighter dilettante can get +2 DC to it as well.

    Also splashing 2 monk is very effective compared to the minor tradeoffs. Easily allows you to fit in the feats you want. My current setup:

    1 Half-Elf Dilettante: Fighter
    1 Monk: Power Attack
    1 Cleave
    3 Great Cleave
    6 Maximize
    9 Empower
    12 Quicken
    15 Monk: Toughness
    15 Stunning Blow
    18 Improved Critical (Slashing)
    21 Overwhelming Critical
    24 Epic Toughness

    Cleave + Great Cleave + Momentum Swing + Lay Waste is super fun. Personally I've never found a need for Empower Healing on any Favored Soul build, even with 892 HP. Could swap out Epic Toughness for it if you prefer big number heals.

    1 human greater adaptability + 2 ship + 2 yugo + 5 primal scream = 41
    (screams for a +4 tome)
    8 DEX + 3 tome + 6 item + 2 ship = 19
    8 INT + 3 tome +2 ship = 13
    8 WIS + 3 tome +2 ship = 13
    12 CHA (4 points) + 3 tome + 7 item + 2 ship = 24

    -3 CON/STR if you don't have Primal Scream (but have Rage).

    You say at level 20 you use the Antique Great Axe. I am wondering where you picked up martial weapons proficiency or do you take the non-proficiency penalty?

    Yes. Not on this toon. But iI have another 18 FvS/2 Fgt TWF. She's in Legendary Dreadnaught Dualwielding Mornh, Hammer of the Mountains and a +10 Vertigo Drow Warhammer (or alchemical Warhammer for DR breaking)
    15-20 x3 crits is pretty sweet combined with a Stunning Blow+Trip DC in the mid 50s.

    Both toons play very differently, but I like both.

    Edit: She was using scimitars at first (Epic Kronzeks+Epic Mirage). Swapped to Longswords later (+4 extra Damage from Enhancements) wielding Tinah + Tier 3 Alchemical Longsword.

    But the warhammers are ahead by far damage wise.

    Twist 3 (Tier 1): Endless Faith (10% extra SP), change to Unearthly Reactions when required (+6 Reflex, 3% dodge)

    The lazy way (6 fate Points):
    If you don't want to run that grind I'd suggest 3 Tier Twists...
    - Brace for Impact
    - Endless Faith
    - Unearthly Reactions

    Path would be:
    - 4 US, 3 EA, 3 GMOF, 5 LD, 4 SD, 3 FS, 1 Magister (this leaves you with 7 points actually but is required to get to Unearthly Reactions)


    Main Destiny - Legendary Dreadnaught (I use this 99,99% of the time, might switch to Unyielding Sentinel in some very rare situations)

    I didn't do that though because it does not fit my playstyle. To much hassle with hotkeys since I already have so many in use and I rather forget to watch someone else hitpoints then

    Updated Equipment for MotU:
    Main thing with the MotU Update is that you should have a devotion item.
    I chose to put it on a ToD ring since this fits my setup best, although 78 looks a bit weak. But so far i have no problems with that.
    For pure tank healing mode you can always use a healing stick instead.

    Head: Cove Helm, +6 Seeker, 15 Balance
    Necklace: Epic Torc with +1 exeptional STR, for buffing I use Epic Elders Focus for the extra 100 SP and lesser extend costs
    Trinket: Litany of the Dead, Cove Trinket for 100 extra SP for buffing

    This is already pretty close to what I want. What I lack would be a Green Dragonscale Armor. That would free up my Hat completly, and extra acid resist+absorb and 10% less SP cost is just awesome.

    Some Numbers:
    I only count self buffed stats, of course you can hit way beyond that with other party buffs:

    Strength: 48 (sustainable, no bursts like psionic from titan gloves counted in)
    HP: about 700
    SP: about 3100
    Resists: 55 Fire + 20% absorb, 45 cold, 45 lighting, 35 acid, 35 sonic
    10 DR/silver from FvS Capstone
    20 PRR
    about 50 AC
    52-72 Balance (can be handy - seems like I never get thrown off in CitW first phase - seems to me there is a balance check, but need to run it more often to confirm)
    120+ HP self heals with Capstone, 800+ with Heal
    50 Fort Save
    44 Reflex Save
    40 Will Save

    Damage: With active action boost, you'll see Numbers between 110 - 130 on normal swings. Crits depend on your roll, since 19+20 is higher with LD
    Usually its somewhere in the 400. 19+20 is somewhere between 500-700. Crits on helpless can go way beyond 1000+.

    Damage Boost wise you get:
    - 8 Human Versatility (damage boost mainly)
    - 8 Haste Boosts (from LD)
    (you can activate those two at the same time, which you should do)
    - 8 Damage Boosts (from LD)
    - 8 Unmovable Boosts (from LD)
    - 8 Thick Skinned Boosts (from LD)

    with that there can be easily almost always one boost be active, which gives you extra damage from the Tier 5 granted LD Destiny
    Gave a quick look at your build ... LD takes advantage greatly for melee DPS from Cleaves, Momentum Swing and Laywaste: without those and overwhelming critical you're limiting greatly your DPS potential.

    Probably splitting 2 level of fighters would give you enough feats for the job. I posted some time ago a build for melee fvs, haven't update it yet, but it's a good starting point.
