I don't know, seems kind of silly to have a fully automatic weapon that mows enemies down and does huge damage to bosses. /sarcasm
Picture two orcs pinned down behind a giant rock:
Orc A: Holy ****! That repeater guy is gonna kill us!
Orc B: Be cool man, just keep your head down, he's gotta reload sooner or later.
Orc A: No way, that's an Artificer and it's called "Endless Fusillade." It's endless!
Orc B: Oh my God you're right! I thought it was like only 6 seconds or something. We're gonna die!"

My issue with endless fusillade is the 2.5-3 seconds of animation before the effect is applied and that it shares cooldown with damage boost and damage boost lasts 20 seconds and can be used again just a few seconds after its effect ends. In many fights I think that damage boosts might overtake endless fusillade. Now if endless fusillade itself went on a 30 second cooldown and only put action boosts on a 6 or 10 second cooldown that would be awesome. I mean, I get making sure that people can't use DB and EF at the same time, but the action boost CD should end when the fusillade does.
