You guys caught me. "Real rogues" have 700+ hp unbuffed in u14 now. Im sorry but your builds arent viable anymore.
700+ ? thats easy ... If you are going to base your "viability" statement in hitpoints, you might wanna reconsider your statement or you will end up TR'ing into human or dwarf before U15 goes live... or whenever they change the prestige liens and enhancements...
Also, a midget with dual dwarven axes is better than a khopesh rogue if both are Ldreadnought at the moment... anyways...
their builds are still viable, dont get so jumpy :P Dont worry, be happy. Enjoy your high HP and phisical dps, surely the rest will enjoy their own thing too.
The Unyielding Sentinel stance helps; that's what I'm leveling atm. LD is nice, but remember that Shadowdancer gives 6d6 SA die.
Epic Toughness is good. (You can't take it twice btw).
And 51 Asassinate DC is working wonders in epic elite. What DC assassinate does your build get up to?
And what's a real rogue?

With the huge buff to precision (+5% to hit and -25% fort), required 17/18 dex at start and shadowtraining 4 (3% double strike with a finesse weapon - im not so sure horc is the best dps race for a rogue anymore.
As most bosses have some kind of fortification you will be using precision on them all the time anyway, so most rogues will just skip on PA all together now - especially since it will make you miss more with the new to hit formula.
Also any SA dmg you can get will do a lot more dammage to fortified mobs now with all the fort reduction - giving the halflings an edge.
It seems to come down to 6str (3 dmg before crits) from horc vs 8 SA dmg from halflings really. Given that you save 3/6 build points for attributes on a halfling there is really no question that the horc is worse off than a halfling now with u14.
And i'm biased towards halfling... i really like being a small little backstabbing guy, but there is just no choice if you want to be a bit of a min/maxer.
The moment halfling becomes somewhat viable again, i forsee another TR that will give me nothing more but the race change...

The extra feat (most likely spent for Khopesh) can almost be compensated by the 3% double strike bonus for Rapiers (Shadowdancer 4 autogrant).
The double boost can be emulated by taking Rogue damage boost IV and twisting a Legendary Dreadnaught's Tier 3 Haste Boost.*
The racial SA damage should be able to put Halfling on par with the roundears.
Heal Amp is convenient, agreed.
*: This is assuming that they are on separate cooldowns, which I wasn't able to test.
