Hopefully the toon you swapped to will fit in the party makeup.

We ran this last night with a Virtuoso that could fascinate undead and constructs, including the Iron Defenders at the end fight. We just pulled Arach's Knight away from the dogs, and left the dogs alone. Along with Web and Halt Undead scrolls, the Virtuoso made most of the dungeon trivial. We had 50-66% spell points left at the end, before using the second shrine (2 arcanes/3 divines). I would say a Virtuoso, though not in high supply, would be preferred over the other two bard PrEs.
However, the DC for traps and chest unlocking is extremely high. The one chest in the North wing required a 17+(70) to unlock. Also, yes, your weapons will have a huge repair bill.
Disappointingly, we only saw one seal at all - a Silver Necklace of Prophecy in the Epic Chest.

What of the reflex saves on those traps? I imagine they are pretty high? If so, might be somewhat harder for hybrid trapsmiths to make it through there without dying.
I couldn't give you an HP number, but I don't think Arach's Knight has changed post-U11. The final encounter still takes awhile to beat down, but at least more people are equipped with Construct Beaters and are carrying Improved Sunder.
Seal drops rates are still terrible. 2 Stonemeld Plate seals + 1 Silver Necklace of Prophecy for the entire raid group.
