I've rolled a toon to see how many quests can be soloed as soon as it
could be open i.e. level 3 quest at level 1, level l7 quest at level 4,
level 14 quests at level 10, etc.

I just added a few rulez for fun:
no TR (these run are really not XP efficient)
build 32
not using guild buff
start at lvl 1 (obvious)
not using incredible gifts form other toons (only a few money for scrolls to
avoid farming it)
I can group from time to time, but only for quest already soloed at that difficulty

I don't have Mr cow skill, and the post is not very polished (no screenshots/video).
However, it gives an idea of what can be done by a "normal" player...

I'm a bit annoyed because I've got no deathblock item... and many
level 8 quests have beholders or something with PK.... and the
fleshrender googles cannot deal with beholder debuffs.

I don't know why lvl 7 to enter in Need of Supplies (a level 8 quest)?!?

Surprisingly the difficult part of xorian cipher wasn't the switch
4 guys must stand on, but the hound of madness immune to acid (all
my DPS spells). I killed him with the eternal wand of magic missile
from the catacomb chain.

Forget to do faithfull departed (did it at lvl 6 and it was a pretty smooth run), and spies in the house

Necro 4 before having AOE spell is not that easy... but still doable
