Default Fear Factory - where are undead adventurers?

I ran Fear Factory twice so far, and never found the optional undead. How do I find them?

I've ran it several time and I've always found them.

They are in a dead end behind a locked door.

Now if somebody can tell me where our devious devs have hidden Uni that would be great

    SPOILERS

There is a place in that quest where your path gets crossed by another. On one side is a dead acrobat with a knife in his back, on the other is a longer path with a locked valve. Pick the valve, open the door, and bingo!

Sheila the thief is also missing. She's the main suspect, given the apparent cause of the acrobat's death.

Maybe she died with her cloak hood on....

Wasn't the acrobat in cartoon series a "she"?

Just a note. If you don't have any rogue or caster levels, or someone with such in your party...

You can successfully Knock the lever with a Knock scroll. It has a very low DC.

I do appreciate the apparent nod to the Unearthed Arcana with the cavalier and the barbarian.

Ultimately yes, Unearthed Arcana, but only because that was the state of D&D when the animated series came out (mid-80's). Which is where the names of dead adventurers came from.

There are no equines in DDO, surprised you not already know this.

I suspect a certain executive producer dislikes them for some reason
