I tried to submit a transfer request this evening. It doesn't appear to have submitted correctly. I didn't receive a ticket number from the Support site or confirmation email.
How long should I wait before trying again? If I can't get the request form to work on my computer, can I submit the request through regular email to Turbine Support for DDO?
Apologies in advance if I've made extra work for someone. I did not intend to do so.
