Default DDOCast Crunchy Bits Live:(Tm) Dwarven Kensai/ Ranger Tempest

    Greetings!

    /Bekki Pours you a drink....

Here is the Dwarven Kensai/ Ranger Tempest Build
    as Discussed Live on DDOCast!

I will Post the Character Planner layout as soon as I can
(I am on my I-Phone right now...)

And Thanks DDOCast for "Pimpin... My GIMP!"

I don't know the exact levels but it should be pretty easy to massage it to get everything
if they are a bit different. My advice on Reincarnation is to take it
slow, I've messed one or two up myself by being too hasty in clicking
things. I think the end result is a pretty excellent character. Very
strong DPS and pretty tough from an HP and saves perspective (will save
is rather bad though). Also some decent skill selections for UMD and
opening locks as well as balance and spot which are nice to haves. *Even
pretty decent with a bow when needed.

Step 1: *Go for the +3 Greater Heart of wood

    Our plan is Fighter 12 / Ranger 6 / Rogue 2 - Kensei 2/Tempest 1

Rogue will give some sneak attack, skills at level 1, and evasion (worth
    the $5)

Monk is another option but would require an alignment change before the
LR and isn't a lot better.

Keep in mind, for LR were going straight to 20 and we have free TWF
feats from ranger later in the build. This means we won't take feats in
a very normal order, and we will do enhancements at the end.

    Step 2: Leveling

    Level 1: *Rogue (replacing fighter)

    Stats: *Str 16 *Dex 16 *Con *16 *Int 10 *Wis 10 *Cha 8

Skills in: Balance, Hide, Jump, Move Silently, Open Lock, Spot, Tumble,
    and Use Magic Device

    Feat: Toughness

    Level 2: Fighter

    Skills: Jump, Balance

Feat: Weapon Focus Slashing *(needed for Kensei)

    Level 3: Fighter

    Skills: Jump, Balance

Feat: Dodge (needed for Tempest), Power Attack

    Level 4: Rogue

Skills: Max UMD, Open Lock, and 2pts in Spot

    Stats: Str +1

Level 5: Fighter *(I'm assuming 7-12 are ranger levels but we don't know
for certain.. just take feats in approximately the same order and you
    should be fine)

    Skills: UMD

    Level 6: Fighter

    Skills: UMD

    Feats: Mobility, Spring Attack

    Level 7: Ranger

Oops! That is a Typo, it was taken at Lvl 9.

    Edit: Fixed it.

A Thing to bear in mind is that This is GR +3 Build.
So I rocked up the Ladder on the "Heart of wind"

So as Sig mentions in the Podcast, Playing this build up may be
A bit tough till you get the TWF, from Ranger...

Love the Open locks and UMD, with a UMD of 20 I can use most
Scrolls and R/R items. And I can now take advantage of Bekki's
several "Missspent Years" in his Bio following a "Tragic event" in his past...

I saw and immediate difference... (in his Jump skill alone), as I lept from the
Spire in the Market only to realize... I forgot my Feather fall ring!

Bekki lighted more gracefully than ever before and took no Dmg.
I thought Cool! And knew immediately, this was gonna be fun!

And With Kensai, Fighter Haste Boost IV, and Tempest I,
The future For Bekki looks very Bright indeed!

Sorry for the typos, it was from the show notes I was doing the morning of the podcast, tripped over them myself while doing the segment. :P

I'm really glad you like it!
