    Angry Your character is still being saved

    Okay i submitted a ticket with customer service a week ago it seems i don't have button to submit a ticket any longer but regardless here's what is happening.

    A character i was raiding with when server went down randomly (while we were doing loot for the best chest in von 6 epic I've ever seen mind you ) I saw my connection go yellow and i alt f4'd so i could get back on sooner after sometime of the server being down I try to log back into character Circle on Orion and It starts loading then I get booted back to character selection screen saying your character is still being saved and have not been able to log in since.
    Tantrum, Circle, Earthchild and Randomise on Orion.

    Presumably this message just comes up for the character that you were logged in as rather than any other charcaters you have?

    Only Turbine can assist on this matter - have you tried logging on using another alt and logging a ticket in-game to chat to a GM?

    If you talk to a GM remember they are there for questions, can't fix stuff directly.
    They can direct you to the proper support channel, e.g. to know if it tech support or account support can help.
    But if it is a bug, they will tell you to file a bug report, which is the 'official' way to get the bugs to their attention.

    A support ticket is on queue so won't have a quick reply, however, as smitey says, you can do the phone call and specifically ask about the status of the ticket. Naturally you need the ticket first, else you'd be told to file the ticket. Once you have a ticket you can ask them to check it by phone.

    In the event they tell you 'it is under research', you may hold your hopes for a while, no one knows if the queue even moves.
    Put that character on the bench, maybe it fixes itself upon the next update, but keep investigating.
    Try logging from another computer with a different install, just to see if you have any corrupted data in yours.
    A number of problems are fixed with a reinstall, but unfortunately yours doesn't sound like it.

    I have heard at least one case of someone's toons going poof, support can tell you if this is the case.
    Reportedly the toons would be lost, only your store purchases would be restored.
    But now they have announced a service to restore deleted toons, so maybe they can be able to restore broken toons in the future.
    Until then, keep your toon in cryogenics.

    Well I tried calling earlier and was on hold for ages before hanging up was long distance as I don't live in america and i don't feel like settign up skype or anythign for 1 call that toon has all my greensteel mats on it and also a bunch of epic shards i need for a toon I'm makeing and I keep running out of toons to bring to guild raids >< frustration.
