Default U8 Radiant + AA Half Elf

This looks like a possible way to do most of what was tried here:
    http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?p=3143920

Note this isn't as new player friendly as that post but its not that advanced either (32pt, Monk+HE)
    2 Monk = 2 feats + evasion + stance
1 Wizard = no feat needed for AA + 1 extra Meta feat + Arcane item usage
17 Cleric - still has Mass Heal

8 STR bonus is most you can get on a bow with this build
Need a 26 STR for that
    18 Listed + 6 item = 24 should be easy enough to hit 26

(Tomes at 20 are recommended but not required)

This is obviously missing (Imp) Precise Shot - but it's also a full healer
It's also missing Empower - what to remove is the question

    Comments welcome

    This seems familiar...

I still can't decide if dump-stating CHA for STR is the right call. Since HE rgr dilly Bow STR caps out at +8 (STR 26) and Ocean stance costs you -2 STR, you want to hit STR 28 when buffed. If you factor in +6 STR item (or Divine Power), +2 Rage spell, +2 tome (maybe +3 tome +1 STR enh) - what else can you reasonably add? Basically I'm trying to figure out if I can hit max STR bonus while still putting enough pts into CHA for a couple of ranks of Divine Might for extra DPS.

I don't understand turbine's logic in allowing a divine AA at all if they are going to make it so restrictive. Why even bother offering Zen Archery as a feat at all, if you going to need at least 17 DEX for manyshot and 19 Dex for the improved shot. Do we just totally make STR a dump stat on an archer build? Because if you want to heal, well it looks like that is what you might have to do. Spreading points across STR, DEX, WIS (Or CHA) and CON to be halfway useful is crazy. An 8 STR archer is just plain stupid IMHO, I have tried them and hated them.

THe only other option is to forget the cleric goodies at all, and just roll a FvS AA. Dump stat Wis put a few points in CHA, the rest in DEX/STR/Con. At which point, ehh whats even the use your half an archer that can heal.
