    Default Request from Turbine employees for help with MyDDO

    Dear Turbine,

    I've posted in another part of the forum about my problem with accessing character information via MyDDO.

    One of the reasons I would like assistance with this is that I am attempting to (lesser) reincarnate one of my high level characters. This character is multiclassed and I need to know when I levelled each of the three classes to plan the process.

    I don't mean to be snide when I point out that this problem is preventing me from spending money on Turbine points. Can you please get back to me about this; a 'no' would be better than no response at all.

    I don't know precisely what your issue is, but my issue is that my characters stopped updating on MyDDO after level 9. I filed a ticket and basically I was told that the crew in charge of MyDDO's website was aware, but that it was not going to be fixed any time soon. I guess since it doesn't truly affect the game itself that it's not a priority.

    Tolero has posted that they are aware of the characters not updating and that it is preventing people from getting lottery prizes. She has stated they are working on it. I'm sure they will get it fixed as soon as they can.
    The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into your mind, but how to get old ones out. Every mind is a building filled with archaic furniture. Clean out a corner of your mind and creativity will instantly fill it.

    Thanks for your input guys. It seems like this is either not considered a major issue or not that simple to fix. I went ahead with my first LR and recorded the level changes then, so I can now plan the rest of it properly. +1 rep for both of you.

    It appears that it's not an easy fix as some winners got their winnings, some characters are updating just fine, etc. At least they're looking into all the issues.

    It looks like my characters' (all of them) information is partially updated now. Now my deleted characters have disappeared and the newer ones are appearing.

    The older ones are not quite up to date, and for some MyDDO is saying that I haven't logged in with some of them recently when I have. Still, this is an improvement and if it is the result of someone's work I am grateful for the help.
