    Default Please critique my build

    I'm enjoying toying around with builds...here's my latest.

    A TWF Drow with full traps/locks, fair melee dps, paladin defenses (I hate being squishy), and cleric positive burst.

    Feat starved I know, and rather a late bloomer. But good solo potential and more interesting and survivable than a pure rogue. I love my pure rogue, btw...but sneak attack doesn't work on undead, while RS burst does.

    With full UMD, I think this is a fairly flexible build...master of none.

    Please let me know if this just needs some tweaks...is ok as is...or is a total gimpadin.

    if by 'fair' you mean 'no' dps then you succeeded!!!!

    as far as survivability, a lvl 20 cleric has much more :P

    a different hair style, what you have just doesn't look right.



    I'm no pro, but the str I would think is too low, I tried a finesse build before and it's ugly.
    curious how did you plan to use this build ?

    The positive energy burst is based on cleric level, so It will not be as effective as you hope. As is the case with basically everything else with cleric.

    No offense, but I don't think very highly of this build. A few things:

    1. Drow is not that great
    2. Stats: 10 strength is laughably low for any class calling itself melee. I'd drop dex to 15. 12 con is low for any class calling itself melee. Especially one with majority cleric and rogue hit die. 16 intel....why? 16 cha...why?
    3. Feats: only ITWF? Empower AND empower healing?

    I realize you're taking weapon finesse and pumping dex. In effect you will have a "melee" class with a +4 modifier to damage! (assuming +6 str item and +2 str tome!). "Fair melee dps" is an overstatement. What exactly will you contribute in a group? Raid? You won't be a viable healer as you will have very very limited sp. Sure you can UMD but what will you UMD with it? I think you will find soloing with this build incredibly frustrating. You say you have a pure rogue. What exactly does this build have over a pure rogue? Burst on undead? That is laughable damage at best.
    700+ HP? 90+ AC? TWF DPS and Hate?
