Default Elven AA with Firewall and self heal.

This is for mainly practicing posting with the character planner. Ignore it if u like

I know there has been a lot, probably too many AA builds out there...but this one is just planning for fun and just wondering if its actually viable. Not in the sense that whether it has the highest dps, highest spell dc, etc... all it is trying to achieve is a degree of play-ability, and most of all Fun to play.

This build is NOT for newbies, as several important aspect of the build (umd, good debuff weapon, etc...) are not easily accessible. On top of the couple required tomes (int +1, +2, cha +2, dex +2, etc...) it is very gear intensive. It is a fun build, a flavor build. Its actual in-game/in-party effectiveness has to be test. And playing this will definitely get u some interesting comments from other people around the games.

This build has okay hp and sp to get the job done. It has evasion, can do range, spell casting (fw, buffing, etc), and a decent enough to-hit to melee with full twf chain.

-Range she will be able to use manyshot+slayer arrow+improve precise shot. Contributing to the part with various stats damage bow. When soloing, it uses IPS to kite mobs through self-casted fws.
-Melee she has the a wide range of variability, range from monk FOL, banish, para, vorpal karma, stat debuff/damager, self cast displacement, haste, rage, etc... she can definitely contribute to the party in meaningful ways. However, the relatively low str and the lack of powerattack, she is not meant to do direct damage. You will seldomly see a mob die due to your melee damage O.o
-Access to level 6 spells, even though with limited spell points and low spell DC, she can still act as a in-combat buffer through resist energy, GH, displacement, haste, blur, rage, etc... and invisibility, DD, jump, and various little spells here and there, she will be able to aid the party in ways that a busy-nuking pure arcane might not be able to do. The wizard's ability to swap for appropriate spell also comes into play big time depends on the situation.

Basically this build is build around the theme of solo-ability, and in quest it act as a 2ndary buffer, debuffer, and dps. She will never be the one with the most kill or the one that tanked the boss. but the extreme versatility allows for her to contribute best to the situation.

Although listed as a 36pt build, 32 and 34 pt can simply reduce the dex to 16/17.
    Str: 12 +2 tome +6 item 2 rage =22
    Dex: 18 +2 tome +6 item +2 excp +4 enhan =32
    Con: 12 +2 tome +6 item +2 excp +2 rage=22
    Int: 18 +2 tome +6 item +5 lvl up +3 enhan +3 excp bonus =37
    Wis: 8 +2 tome +6 item
    Cha: 8 +2 tome +6 item

    HP: 223 (planner) +30 GFL +20 Minos +45 Shroud +10 Agent favor +60 (+6 con item) =388
    +20 rage +20 Excp con +40 Yugo pot =468

UMD: 11 rank, +3 umd item, +4 GH, +2 head, +2 monk walk of the sun +6 gs cha item +3 cha modifer =31
Ideal UMD: +3 epic big top +2 more umd item +1 except cha mod +3 ranger skill boost =40

UMD is incredibly important to this build, and it is also the single hardest thing to obtain. xD The build will function without it, but UMD allows for self heal (big big big), divine power scroll, and various other spells (since you only have a few spell slots.)

Gear....buff your SP, HP, UMD and save. Get a lit II and a earthgrab GS bow, silver longbow, and a whole bunch of handwraps and the like. A pair of vorpal karma, greater bane, para, banishing, smiting, disrupter, etc... This is how you kill things with melee.... they are more important than damaging weapons (since you do so little to began with anyway)

I dont understand the focus on INT on this build.(among other things)
with only access to level 6 spells, DC's should be the least of your concerns. nothing you have offensively will be of any use whatsoever at the end game.(That has a save)

yeah you are right...originally had heighten feat in mind with enchantment school focuses... but decided to drop that idea. and forgot now that int doesnt matter anymore.

so i can just drop int to like...10 or even 8 and still able to get high enough to cast... more dex/con/str then O.o

Pump some points into Con, most definitely. As my previous post might have suggest (semi-drunk as I was at the time, heh - also thanks whoever for the neg rep without calling it) - this build has pretty much no DPS output for an in-group situation, nor enough HP to survive in said situations. At least try and get those HPs up.
