    Default Character Examination

With the recent advent of guild buffs, it has become impossible for me to see the entirety of certain characters' windows when I examine them. Would it be possible to make the entire border of said window activate the move capability?

I don't think what's being said is that details are in any way missing, but that since there are now som many guild buffs on examined characters that the examination window extends beyond the height of the visible screen. Being able to move this examination window by dragging ANY border, rather than just the top border, which is now habitually extended offscreen, is what's being asked for.

The way I read it, at least.

    I know what he meant.

That still shows their buffs, it just turns the detailed descriptions into mouse-over tooltips.
