    This is a thread from 2010, regarding the value cannot be null message it occurs when the game is brought down for an update for a brief period if you try to log in right when its brought down.

    After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book.
